Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions in Dungannon. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations by performing a range of tasks including data entry, filing, and communication with suppliers and customers.
Your main responsibilities will include processing invoices from suppliers, issuing copy invoices and statements when requested, and following up with customers regarding outstanding payments. You will also be required to maintain excellent levels of communication with all departments and perform general office administration tasks including reception cover, filing, and liaising with suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar administrative position. Experience working with Excel is essential, and the use of Sage is an advantage.
