About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Client Management to join our team at Archetype Brands. As a Director of Client Management, you will be responsible for leading our client accounts and developing and implementing growth strategies to drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run strategic client accounts, managing accounts generating $1M+ in revenue in partnership with the account-side Associate Director and SVP.
  • Steer long-term growth with clients by developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Develop and lead a tight-knit Client Management team under your direction, with a focus on team growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading international teams in the creative, brand, and marketing space.
  • Extensive experience in B2B, consulting on brand strategy, and overseeing end-to-end creative production.
  • Prior experience working with US and global financial institutions is highly desirable.
  • Extremely flexible and adaptable to what a situation requires.
