Job Description

PRS Recruitment Group Ltd T/A Refuel Talent is seeking a highly experienced Convenience Buying Manager to work in their offices based in Stanlow.

We are looking for someone who gets excited by retail and wants to progress their career within a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the country's convenience store strategic plan.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of spaceman and similar software;
  • Negotiate and implement promotions with vendors;
  • Evaluate promotional plan performance;
  • CR Profitability:
  • Analyze performance reports (sales + margins) for categories and subcategories;
  • Develop and execute specific plans to ensure continuous CR performance improvement;
  • Optimize vendor supply chain agreements;

Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
