Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Technical Handler to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Relations team, you will be responsible for handling complex insurance complaints in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyse complaints to achieve fair and reasonable outcomes for our customers.
- Interact directly with customers, communicating clearly and professionally.
- Identify and support customers with characteristics of vulnerability during the complaints process.
- Liaise with the Financial Ombudsman Service regarding cases escalated to them.
- Identify root causes and complaint trends to drive superb service across the business.
Requirements:
- A confident, driven individual with excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Previous experience in a similar technical complaints role and/or previous experience within the insurance sector.
- Ability to challenge current processes and operations through influencing and negotiating skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and effective manner.
