Facilities Management Supervisor

TC Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee a team of operatives on site. Working closely with the Area Manager, you will provide support to the site, as well as train and develop our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of operatives to ensure service delivery standards and specifications are met and within budget.
- Recruit and manage staff, adhering to TC recruitment processes and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their expectations are met.
- Complete audits accurately and on time, addressing any resolution actions identified within timescales.
- Process all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, providing 'sign off' for completed tasks as required.
