Facilities Supervisor

About The Role
TC Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee a team of operatives on site. Working closely with the Area Manager, you will provide support to the site, as well as train and develop colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all staff have the correct uniform and adhere to the TC brand standards.
- Manage the recruitment process, adhering to TC recruitment processes and standards.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans for staff, in consultation with HR.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of staff, following company time and pay processing requirements.
- Train and induct staff in their roles, TC values, and company policies.
- Ensure staff adhere to Health and Safety and COSHH policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their expectations are met.
- Complete audits accurately and on time, addressing any resolution actions.
- Process all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
- Ensure cleaning materials and machinery are available and used safely.
- Ensure periodical cleans are completed to specification and timescale.
