About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our team at TC Facilities Management. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Manage a team of operatives to ensure service delivery standards and specifications are met * Ensure all staff have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately to reflect the TC brand * Manage the recruitment process for colleagues, adhering to TC recruitment processes and standards * Manage the performance of staff, taking necessary actions to develop staff or improve performance * Ensure the payment of staff correctly and on time, following all company time and pay processing requirements * Train and induct all staff in their role, the standards expected, the TC values and company policies, procedures and guidelines * Ensure all staff are trained in, and adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures * Develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met while working within defined specifications What We Offer * Assistance Programme through Health Assured – Physical, mental and financial health support for all our colleagues * Wagestream – Access your money as you earn it.
