Retail Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our expanding teams throughout the Teesside area.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will need to have excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage store employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring tight financial control while maintaining high store standards
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure best practice in sales development, stock control, and financial management
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £35,625 rising to £43,440 after 4 years
- Flexible 40 or 45-hour contracts available, including weekends
- Four weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to five weeks after 2 years
- Full training provided for the first 6 months, with continued support throughout your career
