Job Summary:
- Manage, recruit, develop, and train a staff team to provide company and OFSTED standard support to each young person.
- Ensure the home provides positive outcomes for the young people within the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the RI and HR department to manage the staff team.
- Recruit, develop, and train staff to meet the needs of the home.
- Ensure the home meets company and OFSTED standards.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience.
Contract:
- Full-time, permanent contract.
- Monday - Friday.
- On-call duties.
Salary:
- Up to £52,000.
- Plus £2,000 in bonuses.
