About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Data Analytics team at Next. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels and audiences.
  • Drive the growth and success of our service propositions, such as credit offerings, delivery subscription, and promotional activity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of our campaigns with broader business initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage system development projects related to the proposition stream.
  • Identify and investigate potential commercial opportunities and communicate them effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand the customer journey and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall experience.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors and consumers to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with Data Science and Customer Research to identify and engage with the right audience segments.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of generating consumer/customer/market data and using it to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape and commercial implications of marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate marketing projects.
  • Ability to influence and persuade others to adopt your point of view.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve business targets and drive results.
