The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic and collaborative AV community at undisclosed, responsible for delivering exceptional AV activation, strategy, and client servicing. This individual will demonstrate robust organizational skills, diligence, positivity, respect, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage AV media across client portfolios, from strategic responses to AV delivery.
  2. Contribute to driving growth for new and existing clients with the Head of AV and Head of Investment.
  3. Collaborate on shaping future AV products and offerings.
  4. Lead AV elements of pitches and new business.
  5. Deliver operational excellence in all aspects of the role.
  6. Resolve client problems, resource or media owner issues, and have difficult conversations when necessary.
  7. Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver contractual guarantees and accurate forecasting.
  8. Contribute to the wider AV department, sharing good work, delivering media firsts, and award-winning projects.

People and Communication:

  1. Ensure high-standard client servicing for you and your direct reports.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams.
  3. Effectively collaborate with priority media partners.
  4. Lead team development, ensuring open and regular dialogue.

Measures of Success:

  1. Capture growth within your client portfolio.
  2. Contribute to award-winning work and media firsts.
  3. Drive commercial success through AV buying, audits, PRF delivery, trading targets, and product development.
  4. Ensure team retention and progression.
  5. Achieve 100% accuracy on all AV operations.

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Deliver a comprehensive POV on current and future market trends.
  2. Strong attention to detail.
  3. Coaching abilities.

Experience:

  1. Circa 10 years' experience in TV, Cinema, Audio, and VoD media planning and buying.
  2. Management of a large team.
  3. Mature and proactive approach to team, clients, and workload.
  4. Ensure 100% accurate output across AV and Commercial processes.
