Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Scott Care Ltd. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults and elderly individuals in the Swale area, including Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey.
About the RoleAs a Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This will involve carrying out assessments in their homes, supporting them with social and physical activities, booking and accompanying them to appointments, and assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing.
Requirements- A caring attitude and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good listening and communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
- Good writing skills to complete documentation
- A smart mobile phone to download work apps
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus bank holiday rate and mileage paid
