Sales and Account Management Opportunity

We are searching for an exceptional Internal Sales Manager to drive innovation and operational efficiency within our dynamic sales and account management environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through planned account management and upselling strategies, encouraging and supporting your internal sales and account team to achieve excellent sales performance.

The Job Description:

  1. Team Leadership: Build a strong succession plan by motivating, supporting, training and developing your internal sales team.
  2. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth, identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with multiple clients within the industrial, automotive and aerospace engineering sector.

We offer a competitive salary of around £62,000 + bonus + benefits, based on the location in East Midlands (Leicester) and the level of experience required.
