Dental Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dental Nurse to join our team at Antwerp Dental Group as a Head Nurse. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure practice compliance with Health & Safety, CQC, and GDC standards.
- Complete clinical audits and maintain compliance logs via IComply.
- Monitor practice equipment and ensure all are correctly serviced and maintained.
- Chair regular nurses meetings.
- HR requirements including training and inductions.
- Gaining a full working knowledge of the practice computer system (SOE).
- Attend refresher and update training for medical emergencies and CPR.
- Report all concerns to the Practice Director or Practice Manager.
- Proven experience in a Dental Practice with strong Dental Nurse skills.
- Current GDC registration.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Must be a team player.
- IT literate with good numeracy ability.
- Be comfortable following internal and external processes/procedures.
- Should be personable, polite, and patient.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.75-£16.00.
