Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and lead fulfilling lives.

About the Role

You will be working with two lovely ladies in their 40s who have learning disabilities. They are independent in many ways but require support to live their lives to the fullest. Your role will involve providing a range of support, including daily living support, activity engagement, and empowering independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with meal preparation and medication administration
  • Support their interests and help them plan and enjoy trips around the UK
  • Encourage healthy eating habits and provide guidance on managing diabetes
  • Drive them to various activities and outings in your own vehicle
Shift Patterns
  • Day Shifts: 7am - 4pm, 4pm - 9pm, 1:30pm - 9pm
  • Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm - 7am (1-2 sleep-in shifts required per week)
