Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemist to join our team in the Product and Applications Development department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining application testing protocols, maintaining and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment, and performing daily tasks in the laboratory as required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain application testing protocols to ensure the quality and performance of our products.
  2. Maintain and develop SOPs for equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  3. Perform daily tasks in the laboratory as required, including experimentation and data analysis.
  4. Develop a full understanding of printheads and formulation effects to improve primer performance in the target application.
  5. Work on the formulation and research of new and existing products to meet customer needs and expectations.
  6. Apply scientific knowledge in problem-solving situations to drive innovation and improvement.
  7. Provide updates of project progress to project management and stakeholders, including regular communication.
  8. Provide technical support, including occasional travel to trials, to ensure the successful implementation of our products.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful delivery of projects, a fundamental understanding of formulating principles behind inks and coatings, and a degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
