Supply Chain Quality Improvement Manager

Stafforce Recruitment is working with a leading manufacturer of safety-critical components for the aerospace, defence, industrial, and transportation sectors to recruit a highly skilled Supply Chain Quality Improvement Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvements in supply chain performance, quality, and compliance while contributing to the delivery of high-impact solutions worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain effective quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular supplier quality audits and assessments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to improve quality culture and performance.
  • Manage customer returns and proactively resolve root causes.
  • Facilitate AS13000 RCCA deployment and lead permit/waiver status reporting.
  • Provide guidance on supply chain quality issues and supplier development.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of quality processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the aerospace or similar industry.
  • Proven problem-solving expertise using structured methodologies (8D, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
