Stafforce Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Excellence Specialist to join a leading manufacturer in the aerospace, defence, industrial, and transportation sectors.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvements in supply chain performance, quality, and compliance through effective leadership and collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality culture and performance within the supply chain.
  • Educate and coach supply chain teams on quality processes and tools.

Requirements:

  1. Formal qualifications in Quality, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
  2. Proficiency in quality systems and tools, including Lean and Continuous Improvement practices.
