About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis. This role involves managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners.

As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building. You will also play a key role in facilitating social events and supporting the sales team with customer viewings.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people and socialising. You will also need to be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, while having the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the developments.

Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous.

We are a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation, managing over 200 developments nationally. We provide property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people.
