Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at the 25hours Hotel Indre By. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This includes managing the cash register, performing safety inspections, and being available to guests throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the cash register and perform daily reconciliations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure the hotel is secure and guests are safe.
  3. Be available to guests throughout the night to address any concerns or issues they may have.
  4. Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in hotel operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be fluent in English and have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional guest service.
