Shaw healthcare is recruiting for a seasoned Home Manager to lead our Hillside Lodge Care service in West Sussex. As a key figure, you will oversee the daily operations of this 60-bedded care facility providing Nursing, Dementia, Residential & Respite care.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with local communities, GP's and professionals to deliver a tailored care offer that empowers residents to maintain their independence. Our high-quality nursing and care support is centered around our core values of Wellness, Happiness and Kindness.

A competitive salary of £65,000 per annum reflects the significance of this role in driving excellence in our care services. Additional benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing authentic leadership and role-modelling skills to motivate the team to deliver exceptional quality of care.
  • Providing 24-hour oversight of the day-to-day running of the Service, ensuring the well-being of Service Users.
  • Effectively managing resources, including financial performance, and maintaining high occupancy levels.
  • Fostering independence, choice, and improvement for Service Users.
  • Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements, particularly those related to CQC registration and NMC guidelines.
