Administrative Support Officer

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to provide administrative and secretarial support to the AHP Enhanced Rehabilitation Service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and have experience with Word and Excel.
Main Duties
- Arrange meetings and manage the diary
- Typing minutes of meetings, letters, and reports
- Inputting staff and patient data
Requirements
- Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability
- Good organisational skills and a pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information
