About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Caseworker to join our Op Nova team in Kent & Sussex. As a key member of our team, you will deliver specialist support to veterans, promoting employment, education, and well-being opportunities. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contact all clients within 48 hours of allocation.
  2. Conduct needs assessments and develop support plans within 5 days of allocation.
  3. Review Outcome Star assessments at 3-monthly intervals to understand and demonstrate progress.
  4. Work with clients to engage with support plans and goals agreed during needs assessments.

Requirements:

  • Driving licence and use of own car.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Empathy with ex-forces personnel and understanding of their challenges.
  • NVQ Level 4 Information, Advice, and Guidance (desirable).
