As part of our ongoing growth and expansion of our Estates Intelligence services, KBR is actively recruiting to expand its team to deliver current and future public sector Estates Intelligence contracts.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Support Lead to join our Estates Intelligence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support analysts to carry out day-to-day operations and provide first-line and second-line support to consistently meet our client obligations. The role requires an appreciation of supporting systems hosted in the cloud and technologies, as well as Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth understanding and extensive experience in operating environments compliant with ITIL standards. Key responsibilities will include supervising the workload of 5+ support analysts, providing line management for Support Analysts, including performance reviews, training, and handling escalated queries. The role also involves adhering to tight deadlines for continuous improvement, conducting root cause analysis, implementing changes, and ensuring effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the workload of 5+ support analysts

  • Conduct root cause analysis, implement changes, and ensure effective communication across the organization
  • Monitor ticket management and operational tasks
  • Plan and report operational activities
  • Oversee acceptance of new or modified scope into service

Requirements

  • ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification
  • Experience in using Jira or similar tool to manage tickets raised by customers
  • Hold or be eligible to apply for Security Clearance to CTC level

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in IT / Computer Science / Cyber Security
  • Experience working within a Dev(Sec)Ops environment

The role is based at KBR's office, with a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days office and WFH) and occasional travel to other locations.
