About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Project Worker to join our team at Whitetrees Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young people with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of therapeutic approaches and be able to develop and implement individualised care plans that promote positive outcomes for our young people. A salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is available for this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and encourage young people to progress towards their full potential
  • Empower and enable young people to develop life skills and independence skills
  • Develop and maintain detailed handover reports and shift plans
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of young people's progress
  • Promote a safe and welcoming environment within the home
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic approaches and care planning
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
