Job Description

The successful candidate will be working with our established team of professionals to provide excellent support and therapeutic interventions within education settings to children and young people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health needs.

Key responsibilities will include delivering Low Intensity CBT interventions to support children and young people's mental wellbeing within a number of education provisions across our local areas, holding a caseload and delivering short-term evidence-based interventions to children, families, and young people, and assisting in the delivery of the whole school approach within the education provisions.

Requirements
  • A recognised EMHP or CYP WP qualification
  • Ability to undertake CBT assessment
  • Experience of working in MHST or CAMHS team (in training or post-qualifying)
  • Car driver and access to a vehicle
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
