Job Title: Capital Markets Business Analyst

The Capital Markets Business Analyst plays a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between business users and technologists. This intermediate-level position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with business users and technologists to gather and provide information
  • Contribute to the development of business requirements and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate the execution of business plans
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Liquidity Risk Management, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in creating and updating business requirements and functional specifications
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in ETL projects and data analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Python
  • Knowledge of data governance, reference data, and data capabilities
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
