Capital Markets Business Performance Analyst

The Capital Markets Business Performance Analyst is responsible for facilitating communication between business users and technologists to ensure a clear exchange of information. This role requires collaboration with the Technology team to contribute to continuous exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Capital Market, Liquidity Risk Management, and regulatory impact, including LCR, FR 2052a, RLAP, and other relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in creating, clarifying, and updating Business requirement and Functional specification documents.
  • Excellent liaison, communication, conflict resolution, change management, and document writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of liquidity risk management and reporting, enabling the individual to understand complex business requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management involving stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and Python.
