Job Title: Office Estimating Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Estimating Administrator to join our team at Authentix. As an Office Estimating Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization by processing sales quotations, customer sales orders, supplier purchase orders, and other general office administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be flexible and dedicated, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience of using SAP and producing quotes is desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and assist with customer queries and internal Teams usage
  • Track secure deliveries and record proof of delivery
  • Assist with visitor and contractor sign-in procedures
  • Estimate jobs using Tharstern's system for customers
  • Process customer orders, generating dockets and artwork bags
  • Manage SAP sales orders and projects for customers and internal projects
  • Use SAP and Tharstern's for customer call-offs
  • Coordinate international dispatches, utilizing Interglobal/UPS/Royal Mail and relevant paperwork, including commercial invoices
  • Liaise with production managers for order/dispatch status reporting
  • Generate ISF numbers and conduct daily Blockchain Portal checks
  • Prepare Chamber of Commerce paperwork for dispatches
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing and destruction of old dockets
