**About the role**

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for implementing and managing our digital platforms, including CRM and PIMcore. You will support the wider Marketing team with multiple brands’ social media accounts, increasing engagement and traction across all digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To implement, and manage Salesforce across the EHG UK business, including:

- The utilisation of Marketing Cloud,
- Supporting the Sales Account management team to onboard all customer (Retailer) accounts,
- Supporting in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the utilisation of Salesforce,
- Supporting the Sales Account Managers to manage their accounts in Salesforce,
- Managing end customer data, creating reports on existing, new and prospective end customers,
- Running campaigns which drive customers from our website to local dealer and identifying renewal customers,
- Running campaigns to generate sales leads via our brands’ websites.
- To work with EHG’s Commercial team on the implementation of PIMcore, including:

- Inputting and managing all of our vehicles and options online,
- Ensuring product data and pricing is linked to dealers and the Salesforce system.
- Improve and maintain Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for all brands,
- Utilise Google Ads, PPC and Social Media re-marketing.
- Support and enhance the Company’s social media program and strategy, including:

- Posting and promoting agreed brand marketing content across all agreed Social Media Channels.
- Creating additional targeted video and reel content to further grow audiences, reach and engagement across all agreed Social Media Channels,
- Working with Bloggers’, ‘Influencers’, Retailers and End-Users/Customers to create consistent, relevant and frequent on-brand content,
- Setting up and managing new YouTube channels for each brand: Xplore, Elddis and Buccaneer.
- Setting up and managing TikTok for appropriate brands and to achieve engagement in the community.

**What are we looking for?**
- A Bachelors’ degree in marketing or a business-related discipline at minimum 2:1
- Master’s degree in marketing or a business-related discipline is desirable
- CIM digital account is desirable
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable social media and digital marketing experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft office
- Self-motivated with a high degree or creativity and initiative
- Experience of working with different social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
