As an apprentice you will be immersed in all aspects of Content Creation and tasked with responding to customer on social media, creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, event promotion for The Hub including flyers, newsletters, blogs, reels and capturing the event and much more You will be given all the tools to build a long and successful career in the industry

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Work to understand customer demographic, profiles and needs
- Interacting with stockists, customers and team
- Responding to customer on social media
- Regular liasing with the Celebrate Difference Marketing Co-ordinator to plan and execute content strategies and schedules, within budget requirements
- Weekly meetings with senior MGMT team to decide content strategies
- Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Hub website
- Responsible for storing content within company procedures
- Analyse campaign performance across all social channels and Google Digital garage
- Event promotion for 'The Hub' including flyers, newsletters, blogs, reels and capturing the events in video and photo to be used for Socials

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £16,000-£19,5000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- 30 days annual leave
- 10% discount on retail products at The Hub
- 25% discount at The Hub café

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- An awareness of Neurodiversity would be beneficial
- Neurodiverse people are not only welcome, but encouraged to apply
- A passion for Content Creation
- A creative mindset
- Knowledge of Canva, Mailchimp and Google Digital Garage would be beneficial
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills L2
