Project Co-ordinator

NOW Dutton are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. You will work closely with various teams to coordinate and oversee the production workflow, ensuring that projects are completed on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the production schedule, ensuring that all tasks are assigned and completed according to deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the production process
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Assist in the development and implementation of production plans, including resource allocation and cost control measures
- Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to carry out their duties effectively
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project status, address any issues or concerns, and provide feedback on performance
- Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet to track progress, manage tasks, and generate reports for stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team
- Solid understanding of product management principles and practices
- Ability to gather requirements and liase effectively with clients and operatives.
- Education/Qualifications: 5 GCSE - Minimum
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years Experience in similar role.
- Skills/Knowledge:

- Strong IT Skills
- MS Office skills Including Excel
