Job Title: Retirement Communities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retirement Communities Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retirement communities, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality services to residents
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of life for residents
  • Work closely with our care teams to ensure that residents receive the best possible care and support
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retirement or care setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act
