Job Title: Deputy Retirement Communities Manager

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a skilled and dedicated Deputy Retirement Communities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Retirement Communities Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of an effective housing management service, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, volunteers, and the local community, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Assist in the coordination of low-level Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) cases, ensuring effective remedial action is taken to build community cohesion.
  • Deliver social activities and promote the use of communal facilities, encouraging participation and involvement from customers and external parties.
  • Record and update relevant data, maintaining accurate and accessible records and processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge of key needs and services for older adults.
  • Experience of activities coordination and administration, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of managing staff and volunteers, with a focus on developing and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Previous housing experience, with a focus on delivering effective housing management services.
