As a Residential Care Manager at one of our Good-rated homes in Cannock, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our service users. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to each child's unique needs, while fostering a safe and nurturing environment that encourages growth and development.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual who can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, empathy, and effective communication. A driving license is essential for this role, as you will need to transport our service users to various activities and appointments.

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a management development training program, pension scheme, and wellbeing programme.
