Deputy Director of Care Services

Potens Group is committed to delivering high-quality care and support services across the UK. As Deputy Development Director, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our care pathways, working closely with the Registered Manager and senior leadership team.
The salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a contributory pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and access to comprehensive learning and development opportunities.
You will be responsible for leading a team of staff members, supporting them in their roles, and contributing to the development of our care services. To succeed in this role, you will need at least two years of experience in a leadership or management position, preferably in the social care sector.
