The RoleWe're seeking an energetic and results-driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you'll work with exciting, innovative businesses, helping them build high-performing GTM teams and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Source and screen top-tier candidates using social media and other platforms to fill GTM roles, with a focus on Customer Success.
- Candidate Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of SaaS recruitment trends, including compensation, talent availability, and market dynamics.
- Networking & Outreach: Leverage social media and your network to identify potential clients and candidates, and engage with industry professionals.
- Prospecting: Confidently engage new clients and candidates through phone and email outreach, not afraid to pick up the phone for cold calling or prospecting.
- Business Development: Identify and engage with SaaS companies, building long-term relationships to drive new business.
- An entrepreneurial individual with a real fire, desire, and drive to make a career for yourself.
- An ideas person with a problem-solving mentality.
- Prior experience and success in business development/account management roles is desirable but not essential.
- A strong social presence is desirable.
- Infectious energy, a positive attitude, and a desire to thrive in the scale-up space.
- Confidence in working autonomously with a high degree of accountability.
We offer a competitive base salary up to £25,000 with uncapped earning potential, a yearly company-performance bonus, and investment in training and development.
