Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and prospect clients to build and maintain positive relationships, understanding their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing and Networking: Utilize various platforms and channels to source and network with potential candidates, headhunting those who are suitable for client vacancies.
- Draft and place engaging job adverts across various channels, leveraging digital platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving and reviewing applications to organizing interviews, creating shortlists, and briefing candidates on job responsibilities and benefits.
- Performance and Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed personalized KPIs and financial targets, taking full control over your earning potential and career progression while reviewing and improving recruitment policies to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person, ensuring clear, professional, and engaging interactions with clients and candidates.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Show a strong desire to achieve targets and accelerate your career, focusing on exceeding personalized KPIs and financial goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improving recruitment policies and practices.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail when reviewing applications, organizing interviews, and negotiating terms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the recruitment process.
