Recruitment Consultant

At Blueprint Recruitment Solutions, we're seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing positive relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Visit existing and prospect clients to build and nurture positive relationships
- Utilise platforms like LinkedIn and other channels to source and network with potential candidates
- Draft and place engaging job adverts across various channels
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving and reviewing applications to organising interviews
- Work towards and exceed personalised KPIs and financial targets
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person
- Strong desire to achieve targets and accelerate your career
- Ability to learn and adapt to industry trends
- Meticulous attention to detail
