Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the catering operation to meet high standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Minimize food wastage and optimize profits.
  • Empower team members to take ownership and accountability.
  • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the shop leadership team and assume duty manager responsibilities when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
