Kitchen Support Specialist

The Defence sector of Compass Group UK & Ireland is looking for a skilled Kitchen Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting our chefs and cooks in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, as well as maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with meal preparation and presentation.
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
  • Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment.
  • Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles.


To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent team player, have a committed and organised approach, and possess a desire to succeed in your role. We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including opportunities for career advancement within Compass UK & Ireland.
