Job Title: Front of House Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a prestigious education setting. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service presentation, leading by example, and ensuring high standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding food service presentation and maintain high standards
  • Lead by example and be a role model for the team
  • Undertake training and monitor standards to ensure consistency
  • Develop and maintain excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrate a passion for food and service, and possess a can-do attitude
Requirements:
  • Experience working within education catering is ideal
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge is essential
  • Flexibility and a customer-focused approach are required
  • Fun and enthusiastic personality is a must
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary
  • Ability to work as part of a team and enjoy succeeding as a team
  • Great customer service skills and a flexible approach to work
