Job Description

Role Overview:

Energus is seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to join our team, responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding graduates and apprentices across various development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the attraction and selection of graduates and apprentices for various development programs
  • Organize and deliver national promotional activities for graduate and apprenticeship programs
  • Contribute to the effective onboarding of graduates and apprentices, including security processing, communication, and workshop delivery
  • Design and implement graduate and apprentice development programs for new and emerging talent
  • Foster strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and education bodies to attract new talent
  • Develop and deliver engaging training, workshops, and learning initiatives
  • Track and evaluate graduate and apprentice progress, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in supporting early career development within the UK nuclear sector
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to attend national events as required
