Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager

At Ultima, we are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to drive data-driven strategies and solutions that align with our business goals. The successful candidate will possess technical skills and excel in communicating insights with a commercial mindset.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Intelligence team
  • Design scalable Business Intelligence solutions using tools like Azure Data Factory for ETL, OLAP, and Power BI
  • Support stakeholder requirements and create structured, scalable, and reusable reports
  • Present data analysis and insights clearly to various stakeholders
  • Promote best practices for effective data sharing and consumption
  • Support the Head of Operations in analysing existing processes and proposing innovative solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through robust governance and quality assurance
  • Maintain professional documentation for projects and deliverables
  • Manage multiple Business Intelligence projects concurrently
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Business Intelligence, data analytics, and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with MS Dynamics Finance and Operations and Customer Engagement in relation to database integrations
  • Proven SQL and relational database skills
  • Deep understanding of data warehousing, data modelling concepts, and building new data tables
  • Excellent attention to detail and design, proposal, and documentation skills
  • Experience with automation and self-service for reporting, dashboarding, and consumption
