Paul's Place (South West) is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Officer to play a pivotal role in developing their in-house volunteering programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train members of Paul's Place who become volunteers, overseeing their learning, development, and training.
- Conduct one-to-one meetings with volunteers to discuss their progress and goals.
- Design volunteer rotas to ensure that volunteer support is in place to support Paul's Place projects and services.
- Develop a pathway for members to volunteer within Paul's Place, including recruitment, training, and support.
- Ensure that all volunteer contact details are up-to-date and entered onto the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to plan activities and consider volunteering support roles.
- Work with the fundraising team to support events with Paul's Place member volunteers and develop income to ensure the sustainability of the project.

Paul's Place (South West) is a charity that enhances life for physically disabled adults by providing social activities that connect people, reduce isolation, and give people the opportunity to develop new skills and enjoy new experiences.
Established in 1995, Paul's Place has worked with and supported hundreds of physically disabled adults and those with cognitive and sensory impairment.
The charity is now seeking a Volunteer Officer to join their team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of their members.
