Role Description

Befriender 'In Home' Volunteer

Location: Bristol

Time Commitment: Flexible

As a Befriender 'In Home' Volunteer with SeeAbility, you will play a vital role in providing companionship to individuals in Bristol, visiting them in their homes and engaging in activities they enjoy. This may include chatting over a cup of tea, reading books, or playing board games.

Key Skills Required:

  • To be kind, empathetic, and friendly
  • To have a good sense of humour and enjoy chatting
  • To be punctual and reliable
  • To be able to handle confidential information in line with our data protection procedures
