Bar Operations Manager

Dunluce Lodge, a 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is seeking a skilled Bar Manager to lead our bar operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, developing strategies to maximize profitability, and inspiring a team of bar professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive food and beverage sales and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of bar professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to create innovative menus that showcase local flavors.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or bar.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of the food and beverage sector, including trends and best practices.
