We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Dunluce Lodge, a luxury 5-star resort in Portrush. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional service standards and developing strategies to maximize food and beverage profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff supervision and training.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to create innovative menus and promotions.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or bar.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
