Bar Operations Manager

Dunluce Lodge, a 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is seeking a skilled Bar Manager to lead the operations of our bar and contribute to the resort's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and a high-quality customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize food and beverage profitability and efficiency.
- Lead and train a team of bar professionals, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to create innovative menus that showcase local flavors.
- Oversee inventory, cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or bar.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of the food and beverage sector, including trends and best practices.
