In a nutshell

As Spa Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the Spa Housekeeping Team to ensure all treatment rooms and public areas are cleaned and serviced to the required standard. You will be responsible for maintaining Security, Health and Safety, and exceeding our customers' expectations.

You will be passionate about delivering professional, efficient, and exceptional guest service at all times, and possess strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of the guest journey in Spa.
  • Ensure all Spa public areas are cleaned to the required high standards.
  • Maintain grooming standards of The Spa housekeeping team.
  • Ensure the efficiency of Housekeeping – all equipment in working order, reporting faults, and assisting in creating processes and procedures.
  • Ensure the department is fully stocked with supplies and audit the stock on a quarterly basis.
  • Maximise revenue-generating opportunities through training on what is on offer at the Spa and in Botanica.
  • Assist with the training and development of the team and ensure Spa Health and Safety training is up to date.
  • Adapt the rota in emergencies and the absence of the FOH Manager & Duty Manager.
